Pack‑out report + replacements
We count every order twice:
1) Receiving — what arrived
2) Pack‑out — what ships
The pack‑out report is the record of the second count.
It answers one question: “What is actually going in the box?”
Where to find it
On the order page:
- Reports → Pack‑out report
Also: if there’s a pack‑out problem, you may see the decision card directly on the order page in Message Center. Start there if it says Action required.
What you’ll see
- Pack‑out totals (what was packed)
- Any discrepancy notes
- The production event log for that discrepancy
When you need to do something
If there’s a pack‑out discrepancy, Mesh will show:
Pack‑out discrepancy — Action required
You’ll make one decision:
Approve ship short
Use this when you want us to ship what’s ready right now.Request reprint/replacement
Use this when you need exact counts and want missing items remade/replaced.
Read more about holds.
If you request a reprint/replacement
Have this ready before you click submit:
- Supplier
- Supplier PO # (replacement PO)
- A short message that states the plan (rush / partials / anything special)
If you want to attach context (screenshots, return labels, notes), attach it right on the decision.
Messaging on the pack‑out report
Pack‑out messaging is also gated:
- You’ll be prompted to record a decision first.
- After that, follow‑up messaging is available while the pack‑out hold is still open.
If you approve ship short, that typically resolves the discrepancy immediately — so include anything important in the decision message.
